House De’Ville is a small, sustainable business. A big part of our sustainable moto is to encourage conscious shopping and to break free from the impulse buying related to fast fashion. Returns have a huge impact on small business, we aren’t like the big fast fashion companies! So please bare this in mind when purchasing, thank you.
We work hard on our product descriptions to give all details of each item, with photographs and measurements to ensure you know exactly what product you’ll receive. Please check the measurements against your own before purchasing and read all details carefully to minimise the need to exchange.

House De’Ville offers an exchange only policy.
We want you to love the items you buy from House De’Ville. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase or it has arrived in a different condition than what was described please get in touch via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase with your order number and reason for exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original tags within in 7 days of your exchange being approved.
Once we’ve received your item, we will then send out your new items to complete exchange. If there’s not anything you’d like to exchange your item for, we offer store credit that is valid for 6 months from the date of return.
Please note: Return postage is covered by you. If you opt for an exchange of items then the new postage cost will also be covered by you. This will be calculated at the time of exchange and payable via bank transfer or PayPal before we send your new items out to you. If you opt for store credit, the new postage cost at the time you use your store credit will be payable by you. Thank you.
